BoxDrop Furniture and Mattress ("BoxDrop Suwanee," "we," "us") is a family-owned furniture and mattress store at 1010 McGinnis Park Court, Suite B, Suwanee, GA 30024. This policy explains what information this website collects, how we use it, and the choices you have.
What we collect
This website has no accounts, no checkout, and no forms — we don't ask you to type any personal information here. What is collected is usage data, gathered automatically through cookies and similar technologies:

Financing links
If you tap our financing link, you leave this site for Snap Finance's application. Anything you enter there is collected by Snap Finance under their privacy policy — we never see your application details.
If you call, text, or message us
When you contact us by phone, text, or social media, we use your contact information to respond and to follow up about your purchase or delivery. Reply STOP to any text from us and we'll stop texting. We don't share your contact information with anyone except as needed to complete your purchase (for example, our delivery partners get your name, address, and phone number to deliver your furniture).
In-store purchases
Purchase records (name, contact info, what you bought) are kept in our point-of-sale system to handle delivery, warranty claims, and receipts. Payment card processing is handled by our payment processors — we don't store card numbers.
Data retention & security
Analytics data is retained per each service's standard settings. Purchase records are kept as long as needed for business and tax purposes. We limit access to customer information to the people who run the store.
Children
This site isn't directed at children under 13 and we don't knowingly collect their information.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update it here with a new effective date.
